Popcorn machine ET-POP6A-R
How to make delicious popcorn with the best-in-class NTS Japan Popcorn Machine
Here is a general process for making popcorn in a popcorn machine:
- Prepare the popcorn machine: First, make sure the popcorn machine is clean and free of any debris. Check that the kettle and heat lamp are in good condition and properly attached. Then, plug in the machine and turn it on to preheat for a few minutes.
- Measure the kernels: Measure the desired amount of popcorn kernels based on the machine's instructions. Most machines recommend using between 1/4 to 1/2 cup of kernels for each batch.
- Add the oil: Add the recommended amount of oil to the kettle. Use an oil with a high smoke point, such as coconut or canola oil. Swirl the kettle to coat the kernels evenly.
- Add the kernels: Pour the measured popcorn kernels into the kettle, making sure they are spread evenly in a single layer.
- Close the kettle lid: Once the kernels are in the kettle, close the lid securely. Some machines may have a latch or locking mechanism to ensure the lid stays closed during popping.
- Let it pop: Once the kettle is securely closed, wait for the popping to start. The machine will typically pop for 2-3 minutes, or until the popping slows down to about 1-2 seconds between pops.
- Turn off the machine: Once the popping slows down, turn off the machine and unplug it. Wait a few seconds for any remaining kernels to pop before opening the kettle.
- Serve and enjoy: Open the kettle carefully and pour the popcorn into a large bowl. Add salt, butter or any desired seasonings and mix well. Serve and enjoy your freshly made popcorn!
Note: Always follow the specific instructions for your particular popcorn machine, as the process may vary slightly depending on the model.
