F100 is a versatile electric convection oven 10 trays 60x40, it is equipped with stainless steel double fan which use alternating ventilation system, 2 thermocouples which control 2 areas of the oven, 100 programs with pre-heating function than can be automatically operated with vaporizations included and possibility to program up to 9 baking step.
