Blast chiller and shock freezer Magnus CR-5 ECO

Description

The blast chiller has the capacity to accommodate 5 GN1/1 and 600x400mm (EN1) trays, with an interstep of 65mm. It features a stainless steel exterior and interior, and has rounded joints for easy cleaning. The interior components can be easily taken out and waste liquids are drained via a sloping cleaning drain. The chiller also has a drip tray for condensation liquids. The door is equipped with a self-closing system and can be locked at 180 degrees, and there's an alarm to prevent extended door openings. This unit is designed for tropical conditions with temperatures up to 43°C and 65% humidity. The refrigeration system is forced draught with optimized air circulation, and uses R-452A refrigerant. The compressor is airtight and has a fan-assisted condenser. The chiller also comes with internal runners and a core probe, and has an automatic defrost function.
