CL CLASSIC: Cooking chamber entirely made of refractory material, with “hy•pe” armored heating elements inserted inside the high resistance refractory the baking floor and ceiling.

  • Guaranteed thermal insulation;

  • Hood module with optional motor and vapour and odour removal kit;
  • Cooking chamber fully coated with refractory material. Hype shielded resistors inserted in the refractory material.
