Description

The greatest feature of this equipment is that it doesn’t give off smoke (unless the fixed grid is used), so it can be used in confined spaces. It can be easily adapted for large barbecues, catering companies, rodizio-style restaurants, and restaurants with a high turnover of clients, ensuring quick service. It is supported on four strong wheels with a brake, so it can be easily moved around when necessary. The MULTIFUNCTION MEGA GRILL, as its name indicates, can work with a rotating spit, with a fixed grid, with both at the same time, with a drum and/or with a double grid. There are various accessories available to enhance the creativity of those professionals who need to be able to respond rapidly to the requests of their most demanding customers.

• The MULTIFUNCTION MEGA GRILL can be used in several ways, allowing catering professionals to work with diversity and innovation. It is equipped with: 
• One robust rotating spit, with which it is possible to work on two different levels, allowing a pig or a whole calf to be grilled;
 
• One big spit for a rotating grill;
 
• Rotary spit and a fixed grid, both at the same time (standard version);
 
• Two fixed half grids, which allow all the available horizontal area to be utilized;
 
• One rotating support for:

>One or two double grids for different uses; 

>One or two drums or one drum with a double grid. The drum is used for example to roast potatoes.


• One rotating spit module with 17 mini-spits, which can be used altogether or half at a time, at the same time as the fixed grid or the other elements.
