Horizontal Gas Grill GHPI 2/750
Description
The horizontal gas grill features an upper horizontal grid where food is placed for cooking. The heat sources are positioned lower and outside the cooking area. Burners made of ceramic radiation plates are arranged diagonally to provide ample heat for cooking, while allowing fat and waste to fall without coming into direct contact with the heat source. When the burners are operating at maximum, the radiation plates quickly reach a temperature of 850ºF, producing intense heat without flames or charcoal, which is highly desirable for achieving perfectly grilled results.
